you never know but we thought he had good contacts for a year now.

i have in my head that company that was supposed to go to puerto rico to help with the storm crisis and install electricity and when people found out it was a 2 person company they had to cancel their govt contract.

so that seems to be the problem here. helpcomm is actually the only one with a track record.
