Never know when/if the Prez will push for 100% legalization across the country.
Not that he really cares one way or another but it would be a political move to try and break thru to the Progressives and potentially help Reps. in November. Plus it would really, really piss off Yoda (Sessions)
investors are forward looking when they see a company post their first profitable Q. Especially in the MJ sector which is only going to grow.
FYI. mCig had it's first profitable quarter in 2016 and booked over $1,527,000 in net earnings in FY2017 (thru 4/30/17). 3FQ18 was their first unprofitable quarter since then as they invested in NYAcres and several other new initiatives and restructured their construction division. They currently have a PE ratio of 126.5. Their revenue thru three quarters of FY2018 of $5,982,000 has already exceeded FY17 revenue and still shows a net income of 369,000 thru 1/31/18 despite the loss of $454,000 last quarter.
The new business plan which they put in place last fall ensures that they will have another record year in FY2019 (thru 4/30/19) as NYAcres alone could generate enough to exceed FY18 numbers. Whether or not it all shows up by 4/30/19, mCig is on track to generate $22 to $30 million in revs and a roughly 20% to 30% profit margin within the next 12 to 18 months. The following link outlines the different revenue sources...
