No but I do believe there are SEC regulated time frames (I think 3 years?). I am very bullish on CRMD, but I think the CT Order was only for a recent employment agreement where stock options were based on certain approval milestones that were left blank. I could be wrong as CT Orders are very ambiguous and don't mention what is being with held. Basically, I think the filing means nothing, but that shouldn't take away from the fact that phase 3 interim results are in the very near term and should be favorable.
