I predict selling pressure, in addition to dilution will try to keep shareprice from hitting MP’s target and it will be an attempt to force the company to reverse split should the company decide to reverse split.

I predict the company will not have to reverse split and will be trading above a dollar before the end of the year.

I believe the objective is not to save moviegoers money but to curve the thinking process of the moviegoer alongside incentivizing non-moviegoers into going and/or more often. The more subscribers, the more sustainable the company will be.

The number one objective from competition is to destroy the stock market and dissuade investors from keeping their money in and dissuade potential investors from putting their money in.
The second objective is to dissuade people from buying the MP subscription. If MP does not reach its subscriber minimum goal, the company will have to dilute further and selling pressure alongside additional dilution will force a drys 8 time in less than a year reverse split succession destroying the market.

I believe MP will reach its subscriber target and because it reaches its target, the company will be succeeding in its goal for expansion alongside data accumulation aiding in the expansion process. It will also be going international near term and family plan will significantly improve rate of subscriber which has undoubtedly slowed.

Your patten is false because you fail to take into account volume with all your percentages. It is misleading to not include volume alongside your pattern as you will find that volume does matter. Volume since after first week of May has been significantly higher on a daily basis than before. It is easy for a bubble to burst. The bubble I refer to is the price hike on low volume caused by the lack of selling pressure that existed and then when the bubble got big, selling pressure ensued with the easy goal to deceive the public that MP was going to run out of money. The company has not run out of money but since there was no volume to sustain the sharp hike, people were easily deceived by the competition.

Slow and steady wins the race. This is what people have learned. It’s not dilution keeping the price down it’s the selling pressure forcing investors to spend more per 1% increase than ever before which in turn has undeniably caused a significant increase in volume since the second week of May.

My prediction is MP never goes below .30 with an average of 20-30 million volume
