There are definitely stocks that do the reverse split and repeat cycle as either a scam or perpetually failing company, but I don't think this is one of those. They have done two reverse splits for reasons I understand, the first to sell new shares and stay alive as a company (they screwed investors but they would have been even more screwed if ASCK went bankrupt and the stock went to zero), the second most recent one to get their stock price out of 0.000X territory, not to issue a ton of new shares. Their history of reverse splits has scared a lot of investors and made a great buying oportunity I think if you are willing to take the risk.
