This is a perfect example of why no one should ever pay any attention to a self-written bio on the company's own website.
Mr. Yglesias has lived and work in China for over 9 years in the Food, Wine & Spirits industry in China. While serving as the CEO of China Food Services Corp, he consulted and strategized for the American Embassy USATO and the Costa Rica Chamber of Commerce
The TRUTH is that Frankie took over Diamond Powersports back in 2008 to put his company Golden Dragon into. The very first thing he did was raise the A/S so he could dilute the hell out of it.
On or about February 20, 2009, the Registrant amended its Articles of Incorporation ("Amended Articles") to increase the number of authorized common share from 200 million to 3 billion.
By the next year the O/S was 2,540,834,775!
The next thing he did was to file a Form 15, effectively taking the company dark. He didn't change the name to China Food Services until 2010 when things went south for Golden Dragon. For all the glorification of accomplishments, China Food failed as well as California Grapes, which preceded it. We all know of the failures within SANP.
Bottom line.... Golden Dragon failed. China Food failed. California Grapes failed. Cathay Lifestyles failed. Podwerks failed. Point being....there's no truth to be found in a self written bio.
