Pumping a OTCM scam is Securities violation - that is fraud concerning O'Leary - and yes he is a clown.

No one could possibly be foolish enough to believe anything O'Leary posts on social media.

O'Leary stated he had been awarded a contract to build a prototype of the Trump wall - that wasn't true.

O'Leary/Cellucci stated that DarkPulse had been awarded a $107 million contract from a Iron Ore Mining company and we know that was completely fabricated - in the Klever financials they stated as of March 31, 2018 that DarkPulse hasn't generated any revenue.

More proof that O'Leary is a pumping clown.
