Only thing I can say is what came first the Chicken or the Egg,but there is Hemp CBD I can buy it legal over the counter where I'm from and it contains no THC,and will not make anyone high,I guess the Senate is sorting that out,if it gets legalized the sector will explode if the tickers are legit.It will be good to see.I own a few still waiting
