KeepItRealistic, here with GRCK...

I took a starter here in GRCK because I believe they are getting current for a reason that will prove to be positive for shareholders. I believe the CEO is smart enough to not do a reverse split as I'm confident that he sees that it is not needed which is partly why the AS was increased in my opinion.

I am not expecting much dilution here with GRCK anytime soon, but the main reason I personally took a starter here in GRCK was because of its share structure filed in their recent 10-K with the SEC of 469,012,760 shares which is great for a stock here near its bottom:
