Thats strange. Dont they have to vote and make it publicly know before they can do a buyback? Also how can they buy shares when they have no money?

Dont they have to have all debt paid before they can buyback shares? HVCW has almost $6 million in toxic debt and $10 million total deficit. Thats strange

Looks like company buy back shares with all the profit they make. OS only 510m. Hopefully they reduce it by 50% to 250m.
