Well this would not be the first time a shell (probably a dirty one at that) traded hands and IMO it is way too premature to think it can't be cleaned up - especially because some company probably just acquired it on the cheap. That says nothing about them, except that they are most likely frugal and unafraid of the mess that was no doubt left behind. You might be right about Ryan (I really didn't follow his exploits much), but who knows where a new company could go here?
