Hi Sam....what I have been saying has nothing to do with the company's future...but with current investor's positions. DCTH may very well find someone willing to basically buy the company by subscribing to the offering, though I don't think they will raise anywhere near 40 million. What I have been stating is that current retail will be wiped out even more than they already are.....DILUTION!
