Miriam from LH Investor Relations called me out of the blue mid-yesterday afternoon to get my feedback on the IR call the other day. Caught me off-guard but I told her that I appreciated the CEO's directness and putting out a plan to move the constructs forward. Said it was well overdue to cut costs by eliminating positions and that investors have been spooked by the lack of communication over the last year. More open communication with the status of EMA approval timelines, NEO milestone payments, and getting the word out to publicize their LM immunotherapy would ease investors nerves and get the PPS moving in the right direction. While acknowledging they might not be able to disclose NEO milestone payment schedules, it could go a long way in understanding whether further dilution is on the horizon. Primarily, Ken needs to put in place a process to get the share price higher whether through helping to create buyer demand, licensing and partner revenue, etc. She thanked me and said she would forward to Ken.
