Not sure investors would be happy with that kind of wipeout.

I guess the beauty is the assumptions some might still be happy given the one's specializing in raising public capital towards development of the company (and growth of officer bank accounts!) Have the goals of NASDAQ and beyond but don't care about speculative pinky 'investors'!
