What was the Reason for a Huge Pump to 0.0005 and now Dumping to 0.0001 ?

I am Glad that I could not Buy at 0.0004 yesterday.
Do you know if CPOW will be traded everywhere Including Ontario Canada ?

I cannot get any response from CEO.
