Yes it's either that or Boyd/Armistice and IPCI mgmt. brought them in purposely as part of some grand behind the scenes plan.

Either way it's an incredibly surprising development which probably resulted in yesterdays accumulation...as UBS Group AG and Armistice have ZERO logical reason whatsoever to hold such sizeable affiliate positions in IPCI if there was no relevant potential approaching on the near term horizon here right cheers;)
