No the symbol would change to INCTD if reverse split. Yesterday a transaction for 5000 shares at .000001 brought the price down.

The TA updates numbers tomorrow or the next day, maybe they will fix the outstanding number on otcmarkets.com which is currently verified by TA at "zero"
