Seeing that they were once a reputable company with good standing, had millions in sales and have some big contracts in the works I would say chances are pretty good. We should hear about the plan shortly.
All sub-penny stocks are extremely high risk and only for small money or money you can afford to lose etc.. At least here we know they sold products and were once worth 160 million. Many of these low priced stocks have just an idea and a ton of PR. This stock moved a lot with no PR from the company..
