Thank you for reposting the share structure, but you still didn't address the 26 Million that I was referring to.

So, I will cut straight to the chase in order to end the back and forth over the control block, restricted, unrestricted, etc. Who is Johannes Peterson and does he have a connection in this since he was reported to have 26 Million shares of CYPE on as early as 3/15/18?!

I have a feeling I know what the response will be, but Penn Land is FULL of Scams and thus I remain highly suspect of this play and all the "smoke!

New Downtrend detected closing at low of day on very low volume trending down hard, price crashing to .60 to .125 isnt good enough to get people alarmed on this scam apparently, keep fooling yourselves as price keep pushing lower & lower slow death spiral pattern!! :-D
