Still I do not see how is this linked to OmniElite. Moreover, as per Dempsey DD, High Country Healing is dissolved in March 2018 which may be die to reverse merge with STSC. It is not true as High Country Healing is still active on Colorado Secretary of State website. It is active since 2009.
