TOTALLY CORRECT! He is def responsible for MANY INVESTORS TO HAVE LOST ALL THEIR MONEY BY BE"lie"VING HIS POST WERE FACTUAL DUE TO HIS POSITION ON THE FORUM! He, as well as many others that were given some form of compensation to PUMP THIS STOCK SHOULD ALL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND FINED OR PUT IN PRISON! Many of these paid pumpers had direct contact with the board member(s)! There's also several mods on the other forum that have their hand in all the pumping BS as well!
I do know that the SEC has received numerous complaints about the pumping post on the other forum! With the fact the other board is slated as being the "official forum" should have been a very clear indication that lying and paid pumping post wouldn't be the preferred or correct action to take while posting on that forum! In the not so far future I fully expect these paid pumpers to have their day in court as well, ITS ALL COMING.
Anyone thinking they can post on any forum and have total freedom for not being prosecuted is extremely naive to the law that's for sure! Especially when the same person(s) is or has been compensated in any form or fashion! I hope each and everyone of them get fined for all the lies they have spewed in regard to this POS OF A COMPANY! Fraud has many faces and those faces will be revealed soon enough, YOU CAN BANK ON THAT! It's very easy with today's technology to find out where and who is behind any IP ADDRESS!
