What are your valid concerns here? You say it has a 50% pop in it. I'm down with a nice 50% swing trade here. 50% under value tells me the street is working it hard. If the company is going to pull a secondary or some cray-cray stuff when it pops I'm out.
What's the rub here? I've been watching this as a trade but wondering if it has long term potential as an uplist once federal prohibition ends.
