I grabbed another 200,000 shares today, way too much potential here...

I first bought TVOG because I was hoping for the Form 10 to include the two tankers. What the shareholders got was a Form 10 with no assets, no revenues and a huge preferred shares stipulation.

You honestly think the SEC would approve that? I sure as hell hope not. LOL

I have posted my opinion about this before.

Now the recent TVOG PR states: "The Form 10 has been edited according to SEC stipulations and is ready to be resubmitted. The auditor has been paid. The company is waiting for its first acquisition (s) to be made public so that they may be included in the Form 10. The Company feels this gives the Form 10 added legitimacy and transparency for current and potential future investors alike."
