The SEC has to approve their registration first. I spoke with Paul the other day and he said that the SEC requested updated financials since the ones they submitted with the S-1 in February were now outdated (rather ironic since the SEC takes their time replying to every information submission from the company). In any event, they prepared new financials and were expecting a few more weeks before they get a response.
Once the SEC approves the registration, they have to apply to the OTC and FINRA to get listed and get a date for trading to start. This could take another 30 days or so.
