Yes. I signed them President and CEO. But others sign them just CEO. Lawyers (in Illinois) told me the differences. But I am reasonably certain that they have different legal meanings depending on the state and the company. Generally CEO is higher in a big company, are generally the same in small companies, and often only one is used. Other than that the lawyers need to provide.
