There were multiple releases about the debt situation of the company with Crown Partners. You can also contact the company IR email and they will confirm that a debt agreement has not been reached with Crown Partners - I have personally done this prior to posting. I was considering an investment in the company at the time but wanted to confirm they did reach an agreement because the most recent article gave a deadline but there was not article following that with any announcement. IR told me that they are still trying to reach an agreement but won’t has not been reached to date.
