What makes you to think that FNBCQ could get wiped out? As of now, FNBCQ does not have any liquid cash. They won't be able to make 3.5mm payment immediately.
IMO, this is not a complicated case like UWBK. the PPS will start moving north once a joint plan where shareholders get at least 50% equity is submitted to the court. it is a matter of 6 weeks. Let us wait until 3rd of August and see what is going to happen.
