This offering isn’t for the small fry shareholders. I mean, I suppose it could since there are about 350,000 not tied to institutional investors, but then you are on the hook for the backside Offering and that ain’t cheap.
Bankruptcy not even an issue as the true money-players lurk behind the scenes. There is no reason to pursue until Jennifer-the-terror and the greedy Board of Directors actually become real shareholders.
Remember this will only happen through the "gifting" of shares because they will not actually spend $1 of their own money. Then, and only then is when you load the boat.
Until then I'll hold what I've got and will purchase no more...
