I think the plan is also to expand into edibles one year out. Lots of people will not be comfortable smoking but they may try and become users of food or beverages that are mj infused.
In Canada the edibles are meant to be allowed one year after weed becomes legal from what I've read. That is why Constellation Brands went after Canopy and why people think someone similar may be interested in TGOD.
