Sam patient enrollment number is the secret part and I think she's keeping it secret for a reason.
And that reason IMO was to fix company's money structure(which is all set now)
Disclosing that will have major impact on stock price IMO.
and also they never disclosed what was the SPA modification protocol change and how can they impact on FDA approval in early January 2018.
To me Pedder being there(known for late stage FDA approval expertise) they kept making progress in enrollment without telling market.
To point out why I am thinking they are gearing up for big time production was Commercial Supply Agreement for Melphalan Hydrochloride for Injection with Tillomed Laboratories.
I expect FDA trial related update in upcoming months as soon as this money deal is settled and BOD files form 4 to get full impact of ride.
again lots of guesses here but they are pointing out to the real deal here.
