Right anybody can log in and make changes to Nevada companies whether they are authorized to by the company or not. The poor safeguards of the Nevada SOS site was recently the subject of an article by the Las Vegas Review Journal

https://www.reviewjournal.com/news/investigations/weak-safeguards-make-nevada-companies-easy-targets-for-fraud/

Since the fraudsters used the address of McAfee when putting the McAfee CEO Christopher Young as officer of TSTS it is obvious the fraudsters wanted to make sure that people recognized it was the Christopher Young from McAfee since it is such a common name.

I find it very interesting that a group I have already linked to several fraudulent PRs, fake websites, and fake twitter accounts was involved in this one right away when the 2018 NV annual report showed up. I think I have a pretty good idea who might be behind the fraudulent Nevada SOS filing.

I'll be reporting this fraud to the SEC and FINRA and OTC Markets, etc.

Thank you to people like Helter Skelter and others that helped expose the fraud going on with TSTS
