Deals have already been made, now he's telling investors about those deals and he's hoping to get funded via Impactppa, they are talking to the world for financing and not some sleazbag, skeevy, short selling, back stabbing, loan shark, now he'll have control of his own destiny instead of some dirtbag that couldn't care if he drove a productive American Company into the ground and created mass layoffs or a shut down.
