Coloradotransplant why would the CEO time any news either before or after the split if that would be the case? Every motivation of this company that I can see is not merely build the business through a solid business plan rather its to unload stock.

Hope you are right. Regarding MSEP, quite difficult to find ayone optimistic... Specially on Raging Bull, they tend to say that this will only be more dilution ever and ever, after the split... not very encouraging.
So, hope you are right...
