Very well said Potse. I talked to a few guys about this today and it's ridiculous for guys who play these stocks like us here. It's mind boggling what the SEC does here and retail investors have lost so much money based on the SEC's actions that it's a pure joke. It's very relevant here on this board even because as you said you can't really take any position early anymore in any shell without filings if they start to now suspend dark/defunct tickers. And what is the scheme? As far as I'm concerned they should just leave the otc alone good grief, we are all adults here. I have no idea why the SEC is even concerned with non SEC filers. There are so many good dark trading candidates out there but now you basically can't hold any of these for more than a day or two anymore. It sucks.
