that’s the million dollar question. what we do know is there is an acquisition pending that allows them to state in the 2017 10-k of revenue from 2019 1Q election contracts. the question is not what the bottom is, but what is the agreed acquisition share price upon closure of the deal. an educated guess says it’s significantly higher than where it currently is. waiting for a further bottom seems foolish. fools will cry about the current value but the wise will be patient under previous facts such as improved SEC disclosures and a slowdown of outstanding share increase. in fact, outstanding share count has been frozen for about 3 weeks. sounds like we’re coming up on a 30 day waiting period, maybe. time will tell. :) hold on longs! I’m still holding.
