So after 13 years I’m expected to sign some type of exclusivity agreement with nothing to show to my attorney , and to do it in 10 days?
For everything I’ve done to help this cause and for any of you others who have been here since day one like myself, can someone please justify this position.
I’m still trying to get past the fact that an entity outside the US was able to broker a deal and issue shares of something that did not exist , and send me a cert that is toilet paper worthy .
And with respect to my multiple battles in court with ameritrade, why is there not documentation of whatever attorney action being led by who the hell knows , for whose benefit, not accessible to each and every person who has shares in BCIT ?? And why is there not a press release so 100s of our other baggage carrying friends can also make an astute judgment on this all or none deal that we must act on in a week??
13 years people, and where are we exactly?
My attorney started with one question, who or what company am I being required to sign an agreement with, and in what country does this entity reside in? Let’s just start there.
To help out BCIT shareholders, can someone please post this contract ASAP , so we can see what exactly is being presented to us and to eliminate what appears to be a single shareholder, who has been loyal to the cause since day one , from being confused ( out of the loop), or tired of the cryptic speak.
