Really? This is really in print?

First of all, Mad J. missed every single 2018 milestone, published in the Feb. 2018 S-1A.

Missing deadlines, even self-imposed deadlines has consequences - given, MMEX is a share-selling scheme - but if it were a real business, the next, inevitable toxic note is just one more log on the death-spiral fire.

Rising costs in the Permian Basin were, and are no secret. Any competent CEO or board would have factored that in. "Forgetting" a critical process component like a desalter is another example of gross, utter incompetence. In real companies, that just doesn't happen.

A 40% cost escalation, before ever bending metal, or any other material event is a huge deal. No "reasonable company" makes mistakes like that.

Wow... just wow...

As far as missing deadlines go, self-imposed ones are the best ones to miss. There are no implications other than those you set for yourself which equal zero. Who would put implications on themselves? Just goes to show that this is no biggy. Its a readjustment which all reasonable companies make from time to time.
