$HIPH made it to .10 a few months ago on little to no news at all whatsoever. SIGNIFICANT events have occurred since then so there shouldn’t be any resistance at .10 the next time at all whatsoever. Imo, this stock will be at $1-3 within the next 12-18 months!!!
