The only explanations that makes sense

are: (1) they made this move to give them 90 days to complete an acquisition or merger, or (2) they are cutting as many costs as possible in order to survive.

If they survive, they can go back to being current. I do not see complete delisting as an option with increasing revenues and gross profits.
