Blue....but price is rising with very heavy volume and the AH action this Friday tells me something "leaked" out as it always does. In the span of my live which is getting up there one thing I know for sure..........when more than one person knows something it is no longer secure or a secret. Just a fact.
It might be only a SEC release that Form 4 was filing which I am expecting this Monday. I see I am all alone on this call but the way I read the SEC site it is mandatory they file Form 4 by the 10th of this month. I cited the section I took that from a while back. Just because the news was released in Canada doesn't mean anything as they are listed on the NASDAQ, the way I read it they must file with the SEC and that since the 10th falls on the weekend any government branch always allows the next business day to file. Why did they not file Form 4 weeks ago is beyond me. If there is no Form 4 on Monday then I have no idea why and I guess I will email the CFO to ask him. Won't be the first time I was wrong but then once in a while I am right.
Doesn't mean they told anyone anything other that what we've all been told. It's getting close to end of 2h and we all anticipate news. So could be preemptive covering.
