I would bet as this heats up, that is in the plans for the future, but to get this thing off the ground sooner, I bet that's why they are doing it this way for now. It would take some longer term planning in order to do it that way, which might entail months of sign ups, venue location arrangements and dates way out in advance, in order for the MD's to plan on attending. Plus, I'm sure it's more attractive to the MD's for the training to happen at their locations. They get to have it on their timeframe, and not have to foot the bill for out of town travel or take time away from their practice. Smart move. All IMO, of course.
