Actually LVVV has moved down from it's high and not come close to returning there. The LVVV Pumping of News out this week was the same as last week but didn't help the PPS move up any. Expect a continuing PPS drop this week unless State License News is released and verified.You would have thought LVVV would have received the license by now. Wonder what is going on with it?
