If AMC tells you you cannot use moviepass and earn points, say no prob, walk to the kiosk and make sure you have AMC app downloaded so you can scan and pay using moviepass credit card, wink! Never ever did I lose out, except the very first time I was an idiot to believe the concession puppet spewing his verbage at me, lol.

I don't understand your REFUND comment. My wife and I just went to movies, reserved seats... no refund required. We:

1) checked in via app
2) walked up to ticket booth and presented my MV card
3) We selected seats right off of the small monitor.

What is the REFUND part all about? Thanks
