Here would be a good time for a PR to straighten the market thinking.

DK controls RINS they acquire with the retail stores and instead of the downward trend since the reversal of the easing of RINS, the positive cash generated by a company that HAS the retail outlets supplying the RINS to trade on the market, would swing it back positively toward $68 target.
