That pr is from last July. A lot could of happened since then.

The soonest I have seen is 21 days but I believe that is after Approval. I have also seen them voted in by the company but usually comes with a clause that they have 1 year to effect it or not.

Now I can't find where they announced the RS. Anybody got that PR ?
