All good points, all is very new. Nobody knows the terms of the deal, folks claim a merger but no signs of that. “Welcome to the Asama family” does not mean merger. IMO SANP is still a stand-alone company with no revenue. Frank finds these guys in Asia, or uses their names, to help pump his crap.
