i have received correspondences/documentation from them, but not lately. So I do not know what the current status of their plan is to get money. the proposed payouts were very, very bad for shareholders. But, Mretgnol, my understanding is that this (M/Fraade thing) was not going to go thru any courts, so perhaps Megas/Sytner's legal "problems" are not quite as relevant for brokers wanting to get positions closed out once and for all.

curious, on the other side of this, concerning your dealings with DTC, is DTC aware of things with the Mintz-Fraade group seeking monies, and would the M/F situation hinder your progress/outcome with DTC for BCIT shareholders? TIA

mretgnol, one more thing this evening, my man. From what you have communicated, the good news is that the DTC has not looked at you yet and said "A per share settlement to close out positions of BCIT shareholders, ARE YOU KIDDING, ABSOLUTELY NOT, NO WAY. GET LOST." ---- So they haven't said "no way" yet, correct? So there's hope.

Are you giving them a deadline given that you are making this a "package" deal of sorts with your other proposal? A deadline, an end date, wow, that would be wonderful. A deadline. "Let me know by..." To know, finally, once & for all.
