There are 1.6 billion shares outstanding and shorts are not a problem especially when the stock price is .012. If there were heavy shorting in this stock I would venture a guess that it is coming from outside the country and not MMs in the U.S.A, The stock price is low due to lack of performance. There are a lot of promises being made but to date I have not seen any results. Statements were made that its coming so we wait and see. If in fact it does come I will react accordingly. Patience fellow investors.
The pps is where it is because the company doesn't perform and is a dog. "Locking up all our shares" to try to influence the share price is quite impractical and fanciful.
