The questions are pretty much moot as there are no appreciable shorts in bgft. It's a sub penny and there's no money in shorting a sub penny as the costs by brokers makes it too high a risk making 500 dollars on deposits of 100's of thousands to hold in account. Also, the real weekly short reports show no fails to deliver or short positions that didn't settle in 3 days. But there will be other replies of course.
