They would jump start us first and then do a smaller R/S. We get to .25 then a small R/S would only help the shareholders. This is 100% the way to do it.
The comment was speaking in general terms not specifically to WSTI. Regardless he clearly states they would only use it to uplist to a higher exchange, stocks don't usually go down after uplisting, they generally take off!
